Return and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is Sebze Box's No Return and Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

Due to the sensitive characteristics of vegetables and organic manure, we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered.

All sales are final, and we are unable to resell or reuse any product that has left our facility, even if unused.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for products once an order has been placed and shipped. This policy is in place to maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety standards. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1 The product delivered was damaged or spoiled at the time of arrival (clear photo proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery).

3.2 You received the wrong product (not matching your confirmed order).

3.3 Your order was not delivered at all due to our fault or logistics failure.

3.4 You were charged incorrectly or multiple times due to a technical error.

To request an exception, please contact us at support@sebzebox.com with your order number and supporting details within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet our criteria.

4. Shipping Issues

We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your product reaches you in good condition and on time. 

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party courier services. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
