1. Shipping Timeline
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note:
1.1 Delivery timelines may vary based on regional access, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
1.2 Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible locations.
Please note:
3.1 COD is available for orders up to ₹2000.
3.2 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
3.3 Failure to accept COD orders may result in future restrictions on payment options.
4. Delivery Partners
We use trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your product reaches you in good condition and on time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or arrives damaged:
6.1 Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
6.2 We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement if eligible (see our No Return and Refund Policy).
7. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship across all states of India for our soil and plant health products and serve our subscription boxes to only a limited zip codes in Bengaluru.
